Pickup and shipping
Electronics House: 5062 S Conway Rd, Orlando, FL 32812. Pickup hours: Monday–Friday 11 a.m.–7 p.m.; Saturday 11 a.m.–5 p.m.; Sunday closed (Eastern time). We will contact you when an order is ready for pickup. Bring your order details and identification if requested.
The online cart is an order request. We confirm the exact item, destination, packed order weight, stock and final shipping charge before payment. Rates below apply to the total packed weight of the order; oversized or special-handling shipments will be quoted separately. Shipping destinations and service availability are confirmed with the store.

We confirm an estimated processing and ship date when we confirm the order. Carrier transit starts after the carrier accepts the package; Priority means a faster available carrier service and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, holidays, weather, destination and carrier delays can affect arrival. If we cannot ship by the agreed date, we will notify you and offer the delay or cancellation/refund options required by law.
