Returns and item issues
Request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup. Email electronicshouse407@gmail.com with your order number, the device model and serial number, and the reason. Wait for return authorization and instructions before mailing an item. For approved mail returns, ship within 14 calendar days after we authorize the return. In-store returns can be arranged during store hours.
Return the same serial-numbered device and all accessories included in the sale. Keep the item safely packed. Before handing it over or shipping it, back up and erase your personal data, sign out of accounts, and remove Find My, activation locks, passwords and device-management locks. We cannot complete inspection while a device remains locked. We are not responsible for data left on a returned device.
Change-of-mind returns
Approved returns because you changed your mind carry a 20% restocking fee. The buyer pays return shipping. We inspect the device and included accessories before calculating the refund; condition or missing items may affect eligibility. Contact us before returning a device that has been damaged after pickup or delivery.
Problem with your order
If the item arrived damaged, is materially different from what we confirmed, or is the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos if available. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Please do not send a device to us without authorization. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
Financing and lease-to-own transactions may also be subject to your provider agreement. Any approved refund to a financing provider follows that provider’s process. No separate extended coverage or store warranty is offered through this website at this time.
